We set out to create a booth that was unique, natural and very distinctive from the other wedding booths at the Bridal Expo. Our inspiration for the booth was a natural yet elegant concept. Our philosophy about weddings is that they should be unique, personal and reflective of your personal style. We wanted our booth to echo that sentiment. From the many compliments we received, we think we accomplished just that!

We made virtually everything in the booth and crafty, do-it-yourselfer would have no problem making many of the elements. We housed our booth with a diamond willow wood structure that was draped in very sheer, cotton fabric. We used a wooden desk that we already owned for a cake and guest book table. I love the look of a non-traditional cake table! We used rustic elements such as a slab of wood cut from a fallen tree to create a cake plate and a pedestal stand for the caramel apple favors. Another slab was used to place the quest book on. Our floral arrangements came from Blue Hydrangea. We asked for something seasonal, rustic and in all one color scheme-white. We knew we wanted to include some curly willow in the design for the cake table as we wanted to add some height and visual interest. We also requested a small amount of cut flowers that we could put in mason jars and in our birch wood vases.

For the sweetheart table we used a sage green, dupioni silk tablecloth with a chocolate brown runner that we rented from the Great Events Group. Our chairs were classic, mahogany wood chairs with a green sash and brown chair pillows. We used our own plates and glasses, and vintage silverware (which I absolutely love) and made chargers with walnut veneer. We even made wood veneer menus and invitations!
